Sarah Tahir

Stevenage & Hertford Chiropractic Clinic – Hertfordshire

I have studied different approaches to counselling including Psychodynamic and Person Centred and I generally use an Integrative Approach to counselling my clients. By using a variety of therapeutic approaches and theories I can tailor the counselling specifically to the individual and to their unique issues presented initially during therapy and subsequently throughout the therapeutic process.

By offering a confidential, trusting and relaxed environment, we can work through any issue.

I have experience in working with many issues including depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, eating disorders and addiction. Any issue can be faced, explored and challenged together, working towards a more positive position for the client.
