Magdalena Cymanek:
Dip.Remedial Massage,Dip.Integrated Body Therapies, BHSc (Comp.Med),
APNT, GCMT (Massage Therapist)

Magda
is a UK and Australian trained massage therapist. 5 years ago she
graduated from an Australasian College of Natural Therapies with a
Diploma of Integrated Body Therapies and a Diploma of Remedial
Massage. Since then she's been practising bodywork, working with
Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors, both in UK and in
Australia. She has worked with dancers and athletes.
Magda's fascination of the interconnection of the body and mind
leads her to constantly learn different therapeutic approaches,
which she then incorporates into her own treatment. Her
interesting background and experience enables her to create a
unique and comprehensive style of massage combining Deep
Tissue Massage techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint
Mobilization, Passive Stretching and Myofascial Release.
Magda provides the perfect blend of a holistic wholesome approach
with a practical application that targets anatomy and mechanical
functions of the body, helping to ease even chronic muscular pain
and discomfort, working with related soft tissue injury, postural
imbalances, joint aches and pains, migraine headaches and other
psycho- emotional challenges such as stress or insomnia.
It really feels nice to have a session of bodywork!!!
The core of Magda's therapeutic approach is one that places the
intrinsic healing ability of the body-mind at the centre of the
resolution of almost all injuries and traumas. In order to do that
the body must be in a place of nutritional, biomechanical and
emotional balance. Working with people from different walks of
life, Magda constantly witnesses among all of them a growing
need for healthier lifestyles, better nutrition and an interest in
natural health care. Therefore Magda is currently also completing
the second year of an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy with The
College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
"I believe in the human potential for change and my work is
focused on supporting you and your body through these changes"
Magda is a member of the General Council for Massage Therapy and
is a registered practitioner of the Association of Physical and
Natural Therapists. Her web address is

Hazel Katvars BSc Sport

prevent injuries, through the means of manual therapy,
electrotherapy, prevention screening, fitness regimes and much
more.
Since completing the degree she has had a wealth of experience

Carla Goldby Solomon BSc (Hons) LCHE
Homeopath
Like all parents my desire for my children to be healthy and
happy was paramount. This desire led me to Homeopathy. I have
treated, sometimes with help from my own homeopath, just about
all of my children’s illnesses over the years, including: ear
infections, sore throats, impetigo, fears, constant coughs,
emotional states, eczema, bed wetting, various childhood
diseases…and more. I decided to expand my interest further into
a vocation. As a result, I now hold a Licentiate from The Centre
for Homeopathic Education and an honours degree in Homeopathy
from Middlesex University.
I enjoy the challenge that homeopathic healthcare offers - a
patient's illness is often a puzzle to be unravelled and
addressed - one layer at a time. This is a process the homeopath
and patient work through together.
My practice has now expanded to address such health complaints
as: Epilepsy; bladder infection; asthma and allergies;
behavioural disorders; chest infections; digestive disorders;
and so on, (also various adult complaints such as: hypertension;
arthritis; menstrual disorders; thyroid imbalances etc).
